Where is your shop located?
Currently, LOVECLUB does not have a physical store but we are working on it! In the meantime the local meet up/pick up location is at Hafa Coffee 518 Pale San Vitores Rd #104, Tamuning, 96913, Guam.
I'm having problems with the tracking.
We apologize for that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via firstname.lastname@example.org We can give you the inside info
How can I edit my shipping address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email email@example.com
When is the next product launching?
We come out with new products quite frequently so sign up with your email address to get the latest updates! Or follow our Twitter, there you find the latest and inside scoop!
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipment will take an additional 5-7 business days
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping is a flat rate
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Specially during the holidays
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
WHEN THE LOVECLUB HAS ANY PRODUCT LAUNCH SET AS A "PRE-ORDER", IT MEANS THAT IT IS A PRE-LAUNCH OF WHEN IT SHOULD BE STOCKED ON OUR WEBSITE AS REGULAR GARMENTS. PRE-ORDERS INSURE OUR CUSTOMERS THAT THEY HAVE THEIR GAURANTEED SIZES (FROM YOUTH SIZES TO THE BIGGEST OF THE ADULT SIZES) AND COLOR.
IF YOU ORDERED DURING PRE-ORDERS, IT WILL TAKE ABOUT 2.5 WEEKS TO BE PRODUCED. THEN IT WILL TAKE THE AMOUNT OF TIME MENTIONED ON THE ABOVE TABLE.
AFTER PRE-ORDERS, GARMENTS WILL BE STOCKED ON OUR WEBSITE FOR REGULAR ONLINE SHOPPING. BUT IT WILL BE AT A HIGHER PRICE.
TO INSURE YOU GET YOUR SPECIAL SIZE (FROM YOUTH - XXXXXL), COLOR AND AT A CHAPER RATE, PLEASE GO FOR PRE-ORDERS.
LOVECLUB ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and P.O. Boxes addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
LOVECLUB is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
LOVECLUB is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.
Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
Security and Storage
Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data.
NO REFUND & RETURN POLICY
If your clothing item is still in new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.
